Products purchased through the website www.paulstyle.ro benefit from the guarantee of conformity in accordance with the provisions of OUG 140/2021 and OG 21/1992. In order to benefit from the guarantee, it is mandatory to comply with the maintenance and use instructions detailed below. The guarantee does not cover:
• Damage such as scratches, stains, tears, etc., caused by the customer/user due to improper use or maintenance.
• Unauthorized interventions on the product, failure to follow maintenance instructions or use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
Any repair or replacement of the products will be carried out within a reasonable time, which will not exceed 15 days from the receipt of the product from the buyer.
